The following notice has been issued by the retailer:
Product Recall – Steampunk Lamps
Codes: 20744 & 20743
We are recalling these two lamps (item codes 20744 & 20743) as a precaution, as an electrical safety test found the lamp to have been wired up incorrectly in that the item was not earthed.
Whilst no complaints have been received it is possible that a customer could get an electric shock and as such customers are asked to stop using the item and return the product to the store they purchased it from for a full refund.
