A defect has appeared in the plastic at the point where the rear leg screws in to the base of the plastic seat, which can cause the plastic to crack and the leg can potentially break away.
If you have a Koo-di Duo Wooden Highchair, please take the following action:
- Please stop using the highchair immediately
- Check the batch number on the information label situated at the back of the seat (see picture above)
- If your highchair is from the affected batch, it may or may not carry a defect so please contact Koo-di on 01384 298531 so that we can talk you through a simple check to determine if your Highchair may be affected or not. If it is, we will provide more information on how to obtain an exchange or refund
