We have identified a problem with some models of Bush and Haier washing machines sold by Argos.
A component part in the control panel can in certain circumstances overheat. This can lead to localised damage and present a risk of fire. The risk is low, however we are in the process of writing to affected customers to arrange for the faulty component to be replaced.
If you think you have an affected model, look at the table below, which shows the affected model numbers. To help you, please refer to the video which explains where you can find the model number.
