The following notice has been issued by Suffolk Trading Standards:
We have become aware that some of the Swiss Kraft and Kraft Mate generators supplied via Ebay by Ebay user ‘Lomugret are unsafe.
Swiss Kraft Generator: Model – SK 8500W Kraft Mate Generator: Model – KM6500
This defect causes the exhaust to become extremely hot which causes a serious risk to users. There is also a lack of warnings and markings about safe use of this product.
If you have purchased one of these generators then please stop using it immediately.
Contact Lomugret through Ebay messaging to attempt redress.
