Dear Customer,
As part of our ongoing quality monitoring programme we’ve identified an issue with the diffusers. We have discovered that some of the reeds show evidence of mould growth on them.
This is not a safety issue and the mould can be removed, however, we don’t want our customers to purchase anything from us that’s in less than perfect condition. Therefore we’re asking that if you have purchased one of these diffusers you check your item and if you find any sign of mould on the reeds please return the complete set to your nearest Boots store for an alternative gift or a refund.
