The following notice has been issued by the retailer:
We have been advised that there may be a defect in the weaving of the wicker seats of these swings, which may cause the weave to shift. Though this defect does not in any way represent a safety issue, Costco has requested that we notify you, and remind you that, if your swing has this defect and is of concern to you can return the swing to Costco for a full refund.
You can select one of the following options:
1. For items purchased at a Costco warehouse, you may return the set to Costco for a full refund.
2. For items purchased on Costco.co.uk, please contact customercare@costco.co.uk or call 0800-0324-324 for a full refund.
