WHY HAVE WE RECALLED?
We have become aware that the doll within this boxset may contain a phthalate (a chemical used to make plastic soft), at a higher than normally acceptable level. Excessive exposure may be harmful, particularly to younger children.
This batch was sold through The Works and all copies have been removed from sale with immediate effect.
** All other batches of this title are unaffected**
WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE A COPY OF BATCH FIR003 0715?
We ask you to destroy the doll and to contact Customerservice@igloobooks.com with a copy of your proof of purchase, if possible, for a new doll or a replacement product. You may also return the product to the store you brought it from.
If you are unsure of your batch and purchased the product after August 15 please follow the above advice.
