As a precautionary measure, and to ensure optimum safety in the use of its products, Babymoov is recalling its Swoon Up bouncer in order to make a minor modification.
Babymoov has noted a potential risk of the product’s central screw coming loose, which could lead to a lack of stability in the seat.
The products concerned are those with the following batch numbers which is printed on the top right-hand corner of the care label (& next to the barcode on the outer packaging)
This problem can be rectified by carrying out a repair. Customers who have purchased one of the two affected Swoon Up models (Zinc or Aluminium) are invited to contact Babymoov’s Customer Service department by email at:
