The following notice has been issued by the retailer:
On the advice of our supplier we have decided to issue a safety notice, due to fault found in the product. This fault accounts for less than 1% of the products sold and no incidents/injuries have so far been reported.
Costco Wholesale UK imported Hammer head Pro Sled from Kwik Tek pty ltd.
This safety notice only relates to units purchased between February 2014 and January 2015 from Costco wholesale UK.
Kwik Tek has advised that there is possibility that the front handle bar assembly could break, posing a crash hazard while in use. Consumers should immediately stop using the sled until the faulty part has been replaced.
