H2668 MOTHERCARE GIANT WOODEN ACTIVITY CUBE
We have become aware of a potential Quality Issue relating to 142224 ELC GIANT WOODEN ACTIVITY CUBE and H2668 MOTHERCARE GIANT WOODEN ACTIVITY CUBE where the products may have been exposed to damp or humid conditions which could lead to mould forming.
In response Mothercare and Early Learning Centre are recalling all copies of these Activity cubes, sold with batch codes GJ09-15-D1 for the ELC product and with batch code GJ11-15-D1 for the Mothercare product in Early Learning Centre stores, Mothercare stores or on-line and are instructing all customers to either return the item to your nearest store or contact our Customer Services numbers, immediately, for an exchange of product or full refund.
This recall only affects the products with the batch codes shown and no other activity cube or other Mothercare or Early Learning Centre product is affected.
Mothercare and Early Learning Centre remains committed to the highest level of product quality and safety and has taken this action to ensure the well-being of our customers.
